Taste Place - Ames

I have been going to this place since I was going to college back in 2015-2016 and they were located by Cafe B and Mr burrito. My favorite thing to get Sunday morning after a weekend of partying was the hot and sour wonton soup. Everything I have tried there has been amazing quality. At times it gets to be a long wait but that goes out the window as soon as I start eating lol I will stop periodically when I’m in the area and brings me back great memories of eating with great friends. I definitely recommend this place for people who want to try authentic Chinese cuisine!

I absolutely love their spicy crawfish and spicy pork!!! Best Chinese restaurants in Ames if you like spicy food!!! Highly recommend their dry pot!

If you're craving for some Szechuan cuisine, this is the place to be! It may very well be the best in Iowa. Authentic Szechuan cuisine with great flavors and well-presented.Pricing is a little on the high side but for its authentic dishes, you won't regret it. Service can be a little slow at times but that's because it's always packed in here.Highly recommended if you're looking to try some authentic Szechuan cuisine.
