Perkins Bakery - Ames

Never had a bad experience here. I pick up the vibe every time that the employees don't like their jobs. I don't think that should be noticeable by the customers.

Absolutely without a doubt Anymore the best dinner I have had at Perkins ever. I haven't been to Perkins in quite awhile. Like years awhile. Mostly due to just wasn't a good experience all around the times I did go. Which wasn't my choice but was the choice of others we were meeting up with. Choice tonight was one of my grandsons and what a good choice it was. Host was great, our server, well he was fantastic from the start and even the food was best I've ever had there. I will go back for sure now

Breakfast was great. Lots of choices, staff friendly and efficient. Good quantity for price. Will be going again. The little bear is not on menu.

Best breakfast I've had in a while. The friendly ambiance in here is great. Immediately when we walked in, it smelled exactly like Perkins. Our waiter was wonderfully warm and very accommodating. I love going to Perkins because as a kid it was in my family's heavy rotation and it's one of the restaurants that hasn't lost the childhood magic.

Food was great, service was okay, our waiter didn't do very well with our drinks.
