Mickey's Irish Pub - Ames

The other night I went to paddys to meet up with friend for trivia. When I got there, the place wasn't too packed. While I was waiting for my friend, I ordered a bottle of Summit Saga, and grabbed a table for us. I sent my friend a text to let him know I was there and responded back saying he had a table already. After a couple minutes looking around the venue from my booth and reading a sign with the name of the bar on it, it came to fruition that I was at the wrong irish bar. I was exhausted from the long day, so I decided to head by home and go to bed early. 4/5

Good staff, decent covered outdoor padio with a rolling door to open up to the main bar. Cool decour, free popcorn, dance floor in basement with an additonal bar. Fridays After Class (FAC) are awesome. Cheap beer and long islands with free popcorn and pizza.

Didn't let me in as 21 years old?? Everything because my photo didn't look like me? News Flash took it when I was 16. That night flew into any other bar. Place is a joke

Asked for 2 7 and 7’s, poured two drinks with bugs in them, she asked me to pour new ones and still loaded me full price, watch your drinks

Love this place, the popcorn is the best I ever had and the man who does it is 10/10. Well done! Would definitely recommend to a friend and will go back. (For popcorn)
