Kum Go - Ames

Oh no, you switched to a button-operated soda machine! As a Diet Coke enthusiast, I can tell you it doesn't taste the same. No button machine compares to the previous ones. Each soda variety tastes different; this change isn't an improvement, although I understand it looks nice—yuck! I do appreciate the discounts on my member card, and your breakfast pizza is fantastic. The older lady in the kitchen at the East Ames, Iowa location is incredibly nice and helpful. She always makes sure everything is stocked and even steps in at the register when there's a line. She's a real asset to the team. I visit this place all the time!

Brian was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel like a valued customer, even over the phone. This person definitely deserves a raise or a bonus. @Kum and Go, you should make it happen!

I stopped for gas during my journey, and after three hours of driving, I realized I had lost my wallet. Unsure of where it might be, I called all the places I had visited. Neil at this location was incredibly kind and empathetic. He took down my information, checked their premises and the parking lot for my wallet, and called me back to update me. While my wallet wasn't found, I feel comforted knowing that if it is discovered, the staff will reach out to me. Thank you for your reassurance, Neil!
