Ichiban Japanese - Ames

They close an hour earlier than their regular closing time each day.

Just a short walk from Iowa State University, this restaurant is situated in a lively area of campus town. I really enjoy the meals served in their bento boxes!

As a Japanese person, I was pleasantly surprised to enjoy sushi that tasted just like it does in Japan, without any teriyaki or chili sauce.

Nice, cozy little spot. Food is exceptionally priced for the quality. I greatly enjoyed my experience here, I'll definitely be back soon.

Great service and food. Smaller location and menu. Received our food in a timely manner and it was very good. Seems like it's popular as others were waiting for a table.
