Firehouse Subs Ames Duff

Visited for the first time at 12:30pm on a Friday. Employees are very nice and busy. I ordered the New York steamer to go. The sandwich was hot tasty. The only thing keeping me from coming back is the fact that Jersey Mike's puts a heck of a lot moremeat on their sandwiches.

Have never been disappointed. Best sandwich shop in my opinion. I miss the hot sauce bar but the chulula packets do the job for me. Delicious every time

Another branch of firehouse subs which in my opinion one of the best in town. Safe choice for a quick bite. The cajun chicken is so good.

I?m gonna give them 4 stars because we love the brisket sandwich that we order but I?ve gotta bring up that we have noticed the price going up a few times to the point that we are no longer going to be eating there. It?s outrageous now. They are chargingway more money and then if you ask for your order to be put in a bag in the drive through, they tell you no. I don?t get it.

I’m giving them 4 stars because we really enjoyed the brisket sandwich we ordered, but I have to point out that we noticed the prices have increased significantly. It's frustrating enough that we probably won't be returning. They charge a lot more now, and when we asked if they could put our order in a bag for the drive-thru, they said no. I don’t understand that at all.
