Contribuiți la feedbackDrive thru was really slow. I had already ordered through the app and even after getting to the window the person handing out the food seemed so occupied with other items it was like a minute until they gave me my food which I saw was ready at the window when I pulled up.
This is the SLOWEST Wendy's I've ever been to. The only reason I'm rating 2 stars is because the employees are genuinely nice. They are severely understaffed. Hire more people already. Jesus Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10
Manager, please train your employees and fix your tasking. You have to many employees doing the same job. Guys! You are so slow! I have been waiting in line inside with 1 person in front of me for 20 minutes. Your employees are inefficient and slow. Your employees need training and to focus on their tasks and only their tasks. You need each task to be assigned to 1 employee to improve efficiency. At least 2 tellers, 2 cooks, 1 on fries/ nuggets, 1 to 2 baggers STAY ON TASK!!! stop wondering around and do your task and your job It's not that hard
Wendy 's staff gave our inside order to the drive thru, because they are on a timer. If you screw up own and make it right or better, don 't dismiss your customers concerns. Do not recommend coming to this location. Ever. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
