Sariri Bolivian Food - American Fork

The salteñas were really good!! They weren’t as juicy as I had hoped and the flavor wasn’t as intense as I remember them being in Bolivia but they were pretty authentic otherwise!! I really hope they can get a brick and mortar store up and going! I will definitely be coming back!

Had some of the empanadas at the Provo festival. Went back and bought more after my son ate half of mine. So perfectly delicious!

Best empanadas we have ever had. We got the spicy and the cheese with a side of the sauce that tasted like fresh peppers. They had a stand at the Provo Farmer’s market and we were happy to stumble upon them!

There are no better Salteñas in Utah. I love these things. Pique is amazing. My favorite dish all time though is Chicharron, Bolivian style with a lot of Llajwa.
