Rubio's - American Fork

I really enjoy this restaurant for its delicious fish tacos, and I particularly love their salmon burrito! The chips are fantastic, and the refried beans are outstanding as well! If you're a fan of fish, this place offers some amazing options. While the staff might come off as a bit indifferent, the food makes it worth it! I've been here a few times, and I definitely plan to return!

Taco Tuesday is my favorite time to visit Rubio's, mainly because of their $1.50 deep-fried fish tacos available after 2:30. Occasionally, the service can be a bit slow, and it might take around ten minutes to receive your order, but if you're not in a hurry, it's worth the wait. The salsa bar is fantastic and complements the food perfectly. I’ve never had a bad meal at Rubio's and I hope to keep enjoying the same high quality every time I visit.
