Haku Ramen House - American Fork

Been coming to Haku for years — it's the most authentic ramen in the AF area. So nummy!

Ordered Haku Ramen, miso Ramen, and fried chicken. The food was okay considering we live in the place with less diversity. Typical store bought noodle, meat and eggs were good, soup was a bit on the bland side. Fried chicken was a bit disappointing with no flavor. I would have given 3—4 stars for the food itself, but the reason why I give 1 star is the server. I ordered the food through Doordash. You got your food really fast, they had a lot of different options and the ones we ate tasted really good, I loved it.

I had the fried chicken w/sesame dressing, Haku Ramen, and Shoyu Ramen (all pictured). I expected fried chicken wings or drums with a house made sesame glaze or sauce. Instead I got tiny fried chicken bits that were hard to find in the fried batter and a sesame sauce that I 100% guarantee is the sesame dressing sold at Costco lol. My son and love this place. This is our favorite Ramen place. We get the Chashu buns, Miso Ramen and Tonkotsu Ramen.
