Food accidentally got messed up the last time I was here but the staff was more than willing to make a new one to make things right. Plus their Mandoo are super good, can never resist getting them.Food: 5/5

My niece applied for a job here since it is opening and right by her home. She received a letter saying she didn 't get the job because she ethnically didn 't fit what they were looking for. I don 't care she didn 't get the job but the fact they put race into it is what has lost my business at Cup Bop and I go at a minimum of once per week. Being a business owner I know you can 't base employment on race and I told my neices family to file a complaint and/or sue.

This place is good! The food is good, however portion size has gone down. The zesty chicken is really tasty, but a combo only comes with 3pieces, two of which were very small. Getting extra chicken is expensive for the amount they give you. $2.5 for 4 bite size pieces?!! I really like the taste of everything. But value to cost diminishing. I rarely come here now
