Round Table Pizza - American Canyon

My family and I are visiting the area. We decided to walk over from the hotel next door. We were not greeted as we entered. The young girl at the counter wearing the mask, was so unfriendly. We didn 't know what to order as there was no menu posted. We had to ask for a menu. She stood there looking at us like we were WASTING HER TIME! When we finally ordered, she turned away another young lady asked us about drinks handed us our cups. She was a little nicer. My son had to ask mask girl for plates for our salad. She was very rude to him. We bussed our own table, but when I asked mask girl where I could place my dirty cup, she just pointed to the counter top. Never said a word. I realize they are young, but customers are your bread butter. I found it funny, the tip cup on the counter stated there is a party in here your tip is invited . I wouldn 't go to your party neither will my tip! Your crappy attitude doesn 't deserve a tip. My TIP is for your counter staff to get a much friendlier attitude, especially MASK GIRL She needs to take out the trash so she has no contact with people. GOOD LUCK ....Food was okay.

This specific Round Table location should focus on improving their customer service skills. Additionally, they should consider renovating the restaurant. While we enjoy the pizza, we are not willing to tolerate poor customer service. A simple smile can make a big difference.

Tonight, on 5/28/2023, I ordered a pizza online with a promised delivery time of 5:42pm. The order number was 5009. The pizza arrived just within the 80 minute wait time, but unfortunately, for the third time, our request for creamy garlic sauce instead of red sauce was overlooked. It seems to be a recurring issue at this Round Table location to not pay attention to orders. When I called to ask for the correct sauce, I was informed that it would be another 60 minute wait. I requested a discount and was only offered 15% off our next order. I am not sure if there will be a next order, as the price they charge should come with accurate orders. Three strikes and you're out, Round Table. At least Mountain Mike's down the street has consistently gotten my orders correct. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Crust was doughy and Bland ! Way to much if u think this is good pizza You need to get out more. Sorry I came here Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: 20–30 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

This is the best round table I’ve ever been to. They don’t mess around with those dry or skinny breadsticks you get at other franchises. 12 here fill up the whole box so it can barely close.
