Chef Garrett prepares gourmet specials that one would expect at a high-end restaurant. Mother’s Day Eggs Benedict with house cured meat and perfectly cooked asparagus paired beautifully with the Blueberry Puff served with a type of light custard sauce and lemon zest. The wide range of choices on the regular menu requires multiple visits (such a hardship hehe). We’ve had great food every meal. The wait staff is prompt and friendly and to-go orders are always correct.

Our family has enjoyed KK5 many times. We have always loved our food and the people. Plan to try the pizza soon. I had a fabulous Reuben last time we were in camp. Keep up the good work!!!

The restaurant is one of the amenities that is treasured greatly by members. The amount of people it serves shows that it is very favored by members. Having a restaurant that is truly affordable and store for when you have forgotten that one item is such a great time saving bonus. It is also one of the places where we have met many fellow campers and become friends. I find it very disturbing that some of the board choose not to value it and have caused many issues with the restaurant and continue to make on going issues that may end up resulting in us losing once again our wonderful restaurant and place to meet. Their are very few who would take this on and make it such a success as Garret has. It is a difficult business to maintain. Especially in this environment. I feel proud to bring my many guest to this restaurant and brag about the wonderful food that is served here. Let’s hope that this wonderful establishment won’t go away due to board member harassment as it happened in the past.
