Best bakery in town, they have breads, cookies, cakes and even netherland-style cookies and bread. They also have the roti kenari , toasted bread saluted with sugar and local peanut.

This Sarinda sell various kind of bakery (bread, donut, etc. . The tastes was quite good and the bread was fluffy. They also serve food and drinks. Services were satisfying. The place itself was quite big, clean, and comfortable. Not a bad place to hangout and eat bread with your friends and co-workers. Last visit on: December 2021. Number of visits: 2 times.

Sad that it's not an Indonesian bakery. Instead they imitate Western favorites and Asian breads made popular by chains in Singapore and China. It's a good try with what's available on Ambon, but it's expensive for what it is.
