The Flying Fleece - AMBLESIDE

Service is great. it's a bit crazy in vacation time, but the staff is good. opentable booking works well. - where isn't ambleside? the toilets leave the place down, they are grim.

Very average eating. the Sharing plate was decent, but the rindburger chicken burger was nothing to inspire. have not been back

I had a pleasant experience with a good portion size, and my order arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The pub was cozy, especially with the fireplace. I will definitely return.

We had a delightful Sunday roast that was very satisfying, and we definitely got our money's worth. The charming little building created a cozy atmosphere, and they were kind enough to accommodate us and our dogs in a quiet area, even though it wasn't too crowded. There was also a lovely band playing, which the dogs seemed to enjoy as well!
