Fellinis - AMBLESIDE

I had the best vegan / vegetarian not Indian meal in this restaurant. they will not miss meat when they eat a meal here because they make VE food taste and look so good. this place is absolutely fantastic directly from the service, to decor, ambiente and the quality of food. it's not cheap, but it's worth every penny. they also need to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Great service, atmosphere, and selection of dishes (all vegetarian/vegan). The food arrived quickly, and the portion sizes were generous. The nut roast en croute was delicious, particularly the jus, which reminded me of a vegan Sunday roast. However, the cannelloni was a bit underwhelming; it could use more flavor and have more pieces. The desserts were all outstanding, especially the crème brûlée.

Fellini was an absolute joy. it was a wet day off and the restaurant was just half full. quiet jazz music playing, lighting was atmospheric with beautiful spotlights on the wall artworks and the table. wein was £30 per bottle or £6 per glass. the food was delivered immediately. starter of cauliflower with granatapfel and pistachios. I had to lift something with some salt, but was a great combination of aromen. net: aubergine cannelloni with an absolutely fabulous filling, paired with a beautiful romesco, quinoa and parsnip warps. cashew and pecan nut en croute only a joy. sweet, fleshy, perfectly spiced. irresistible and more susceptible. dessert: berry roulade. also delicious.

The menu often changes and features a variety of vegan options, ensuring that even regular visitors can enjoy something new each time. We started with an apple artichoke salad and slow-roasted aubergine with sun-blushed tomatoes and green tahini sauce. The presentation was outstanding, and the starters were perfectly prepared—truly a delight to eat. For our main courses, we enjoyed butternut squash and quinoa stuffed mushrooms topped with vegan cheese, accompanied by crispy kale and celeriac puree, as well as Moroccan spiced filo parcels with romesco sauce. Once again, the dishes were delicious, beautifully cooked, and expertly presented. For dessert, we savored roasted pineapple drizzled with rum maple reduction, complemented by elderflower sorbet. Despite the restaurant's busy atmosphere, the service was excellent. Fellinis is truly a wonderful dining venue. I returned for dinner in January 2022, as a gift from my brother-in-law and his wife. I was pleased to find that the food was just as delicious, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Having dined at many vegetarian restaurants worldwide, including fine dining establishments, I can confidently say that Fellinis is my all-time favorite. I absolutely love this place, and whenever we visit Ambleside, there's no question that we will dine here. I highly recommend it!

Amazing experience! The food was so tasty and the flavours amazing! The wait staff were very attentive, polite and knowledgeable (about wine's etc). Can only recommend! An incredible vegetarian restaurant!
