Chesters By The River - AMBLESIDE

This restaurant is fantastic! I can only be here for a week and I can't wait to come back. The salads and wood-fired pizzas are amazing. I also got takeaway and it was out of this world. The business is beautiful and there is a beautiful walk along the river to Langdale.

This restaurant is dog-friendly which is great for beginners. It's a lovely place with friendly staff and a great atmosphere. The falafels are delicious and the scones are also a favorite.

This is a charming little find. It was a delight to pick wild garlic on the way, only to taste it in a lovely pasta dish! The portions may seem small, but don't be fooled - they pack a lot in those little pots. The staff is very welcoming and the bakers are especially skilled. I couldn't get enough of the amazing rocky road. I definitely plan on returning more frequently!

Chesters is a wonderful vegetarian caffe directly at a very picturesque flow. the variety on the menu is great and the food tastes excellent. very friendly staff and good service. would definitely recommend this beautiful little caffe. also very doggy friendly, whatever is a bonus.
