Brauerei Bruckmuller - Amberg

Restaurant attached to a brewery with both indoor seating and a large outdoor courtyard with large and smaller tables. Food was good and beer was very good too. Service was very good. Highly recommend for larger groups and for the outdoor seating. It was a...very quiet night so busier nights might be different

Locals go here! Reasonably priced the food is good and typically German. We were there for lunch. There is a great schnitzel and spatzel. If you want authentic German food come here

Plus the food was very good and service very friendly (which is very hard to find in Germany). I went with the review I read here about the schnitzel and it did not disappoint. The portion was HUGE and it tasted very good! We had...other meals and all was really tasty. We had the Wiesen Falk beer at a hotel we stayed at in Grafenwohr earlier this year and we haven't stopped talking about it since. We stayed at the same place this week, parked and walked immediately to the bar to get this beer. When talking with the bartender, we were told the brewery was in Amberg so we set off for dinner there. Tried many more of their beer and have to say that this is my favorite brewery in Bavaria (just edging out Augustine). Their Keller is great, dark Wiesen stellar, and other we tried good as well. This place will not disappoint! If you are looking for the small german brewery experience then you can't go wrong here!!!

I ate here twice while in Amburg. The snitzel was outstanding, the price was good, and the staff was friendly (though a bit slow). I would recommend this to anyone
