Whataburger - Amarillo

I ordered in the app. I got there to pick it up and put in my parking space number and waited and waited. As I was about to go in and check on my order, a young man came out, apologizing for the length of time that it took. I thanked him and went home. Ilive maybe 3 minutes away. My fries were cold and stale. My chili cheese burger was cold and the Fritos were stale. I waited forlonger than the app quoted me, and my food was cold and stale. I did not call, because I have already dealt with the manager onanother issue a few months ago and she made it pretty clear that she didn't care. I had not been back to that location and ithad slipped my mind. It will not slip my mind, again. This is not the standard for Whataburger and I know that. I also know thatit's just a matter of time before this GM runs this location into the ground.

Whataburger is Always good never have I had a bad experience..food is always fresh .they do need to bring back the jalapeño cheddar biscuit back..one of my ???? favorites but no longer on the menu boohoo.

Ordered the Bacon Bleu Cheese burger. I ate the cold dry fries on the way home. Got home and there was no bacon on my burger. I called and was told to bring it back. Got there and it took them 10 minutes to fix me another one that looked like they puttogether like a bunch of puzzle pieces. It was so messy and falling apart that I couldn't eat it. $14 in the trashcan. Will notbe going back!!!

Friendy service but slow. Forgot a drink on our order. Drive thru was very frustrating we couldn't see the menu because of the person set up was also messy since they had us move to the next lane instead of a parking spot. They didn't put napkins in ourbags. We ordered a medium shake but instead they gave us a large which we payed for.

The fact that I’m taking my time to write this review says something. I am so sick of going to other whataburger and they’re just bad, there is only so many in Amarillo and THIS location gets it spot on. Yea you have your typical older clientele who complain , and put the crew down and make them think they’re not good. But i know how the restaurant industry goes, don’t let it discourage you. This food is so fresh and delicious, I will be here every single morning when I’m hungry for some whataburger
