Tortilleria Lupita - Amarillo

I always love when my family visits the city because we have a great time together. This time, we forgot to make a reservation but ended up only waiting 20 minutes, which wasn't too bad considering everything is made fresh to order. We will definitely be back again.

While passing through Amarillo, I decided to try out this Mexican restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. They specialize in homemade tortillas, which I knew would be a good sign when I saw many customers ordering food. I opted for the Chili Relleno burrito with beans and it did not disappoint. The homemade tortilla really elevated the dish and it tasted great.

I always make sure to visit this restaurant at least once when I'm in town visiting family. This time, I forgot to call in my order ahead of time, but we only ended up waiting 20 minutes, which was surprisingly quick considering the food is made fresh to order. I will definitely be returning again.

While traveling through Amarillo in search of Mexican cuisine, I stumbled upon this restaurant. It exceeded my expectations with its delicious food and homemade tortillas. The Chili relleno burrito with beans that I ordered was excellent, and the homemade tortilla really pushed it to the next level. The long line of customers confirmed that this place is a hidden gem.

When we are in town, my daughter's favorite place to get her burrito fix is this restaurant. Our top 3 favorites as a family are the asada, chicharron, and verde burritos.
