Subway Sandwiches - Amarillo

Ed has great Customer service and always Polite and always know how to make customers smiles and makes the best sandwiches. Great place to eat

We stopped by during our trip back home. Don't let outside appearances fool you.The store is kept quite clean, even though it's off the main freeway exit and I'm sure they may experience quite a bit of foot traffic. I'm not sure how busy it gets regularly, but it was semi-busy when we arrived (basically a steady flow of customers, but not too many to cause long lines or delays).The staff was very friendly, polite, and patient (we're traveling with little ones). Our orders were made to our liking and the food tasted fresh. It's a nice break from greasy fast food when traveling.

Had a new person being trained, but even the person training them didn't know how to work as a team to be more efficient.

Very nice service, clean bathrooms and amazing service, would come here again.

Ordering online could not have any of these properly contained not all foods. The next day I was sent a survey and it filled out then got an email from the owner, the excuses on portion sizes... I never complained about portion sizes that I complained about not paying attention and after the order.... apparently it is business policy.... they don't cut the mustards.
