Cracker Barrel - Amarillo

Our waitress was missing in action for a longer time than usual after we were seated. Another waitress noticed and signaled for Lisa to come over and take our order. Lisa was exceptionally kind and even gave me a hug! She passed our order on to our actual waitress, Robin. Lisa checked in on us again afterwards to ensure everything was satisfactory. Lisa truly made my day! Thank you for your personal attention to our dining experience at the restaurant. You may have had 4 stars on your apron, but you deserve 10! Well done! The food was also delicious, but that's always the case at Cracker Barrel!

This restaurant was extremely busy, but the service was outstanding. I was seated quickly, with a wait time of less than 5 minutes on a Sunday morning, which was impressive considering how crowded it was. My order was taken promptly and my food arrived in less than 10 minutes. It was hot, fresh, and exactly what I had ordered. The server was attentive and checked in to make sure everything was to my liking. The men's restroom was very clean and stocked with warm water, soap, and paper towels. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant!

We always had plenty of food! We enjoyed the excellent service and how quickly our hungry family was served!

I would say this cracker barrel has the best biscuits, they were like salty and fluffy. Amazing! Great price, speedy service, fresh food. Only thing I would say was a slight issue is there chicken fried chicken was just like others fried chicken but it was still amazing, tasted great anyways. And again biscuits were literally the best I have ever tasted! 5 out of 5.

It was my first time at a cracker barrel and it was amazing. I loved it! There was a bit of a wait before we got seated but the food was worth the wait, it was amazing. And there was great service as well. I would 100% recommend this store to anyone! It was amazing. And our server was so nice.
