Chicken Express - Amarillo

Wait 10 minutes in the drive through. Nobody welcomed me after 5, tried to order, and the guy cut me off. terrible customer service and due to the look at their ratings there is probably also a management problem.

This is one of the worst fast food restaurants I have ever visited. Each time I go there, it is a worse experience than the last.

That was by far the worst food I ever received from chicken express. the half of the chicken tsarties were cooked or baked to a crisp and the other half was raw. the gizzards were so burned that they could not be eaten. the only decent thing was the side. we spent $37 to cook just something at home. we only saw teenagers working so we didn't think it would make phone calls and complain. the bank was very nice and friendly. I don't think we're back.

The food was good, but they served me less than what I ordered. It was frustrating that no one answered the phone when I tried calling. Customers should make sure they receive what they paid for when dining here.

The cashier did not smile and spoke so quietly that it was difficult to understand her. The inside of the restaurant was not busy, but every table was dirty. However, the food was delicious!
