Active Nutrition is a charming, tidy, and cozy spot to relax! I'm a big fan of the local artwork, which gets refreshed approximately every three months. Cristin, the owner (who happens to be my daughter), is fantastic! She’s great at helping you choose a tasty meal replacement shake for breakfast or lunch. The lift-off teas are excellent and provide a nice energy boost for the day! Definitely worth a visit!
