Contribuiți la feedbackWe visited Amalfi safe in the knowledge that we had at least one or two ‘safe bets’. We were quickly disappointed when visiting here. The menu is very meat heavy (including raw meat) and nothing was remotely vegan on the menu, or labelled as such. We left without ordering.
The staff is friendly and the chef is vegan. We ate pasta pomodoro , pasta pesto and salad. Was not cooked very well but was fine. Updated from previous review on 2022-10-06
A few vegan options however most were pasta in tomato sauce. Staff advised that mushroom risotto and pesto pasta didn’t include any dairy however we were unsure. Someone we were with who is vegetarian ordered the mushroom risotto and said it tasted very creamy, they didn’t believe that it didn’t have dairy in. Expensive food and drinks and small portions, would not return. Also took ages to get the bill
Small stop in amalfi and we find this super central place. attentive and friendly service, make you feel comfortable. are kind and at hand. delicious and good quality dishes. I would have put the stars but the prices are a little high for some dishes in particular. for example the contour of the euro day for what made with fresh vegetables at km 0 seems exaggerated. but perhaps it is also due to the general average of the island. I also feel like recommending to offer a limoncello to those who then buy the whole bottle. would have been definitely appreciated! apart from this, I would gladly return!
