Sonic Drive-in - Alvin

I have never had any issues before at this restaurant. However, when I ordered a cakeshake, the person at the window tried to give me a chocolate version instead. I informed her that this is not what I had ordered, but she insisted that it was. In order to avoid upsetting her, I let her keep the shake and asked for the one I had originally ordered. I will be speaking to the management about this today.

This will be the only time I ever visit this restaurant. I ordered a breakfast burrito and was disappointed to find it was more of a taco than a burrito. The management at this Sonic location needs to take a closer look at their facility. It may look like any other Sonic, but the quality and service are lacking. Save yourself the time and money and dine elsewhere.

I went to this restaurant and encountered a very rude blonde woman. I couldn't tell her exact age as she looked older but sounded young. I had to shout to get her attention at the door because there was no sign indicating where to pick up my order. After waiting for about 5 minutes for my side dish, I had to ask another employee where to sit, and was told that they would bring it out to me.

Their drinks and eating were very good. waitress very nice.

Chocolate Vanilla Coke is my favorite!! Have been going to this sonic for a long time, would take my kids here after school, and now my grand daughter!
