Jack In The Box - Alvin

The butterballs suck on jack in the box burgers. when I stop at jack in the box, I choose a croissant beung and I wish you would go back to not do everything with senf. the people can put their own flavor on their own food.

The place was closed. I thought or knew that jack was open 24 hours in the box. the employee literally signaled that they were close. Crazy

Clean facilities, courteous professional staff, food cooked with practiced consistency.

I like their food. I've never had a bad experience there

IM NOT RATING EMPLOYEES! I am rating the franchise owners for stealing from their customer via the app! On 05/03/22 I first ordered on the app at the gordon st location, they were out of everything from tacos to ranch. they were trying their best. TONIGHT 05/13/22 I ORDERED ON THE APP AGAIN. Changed locations this time just to be safe. Well they were closed for cleaning but open on the app! Was told to go to the gordon one because they're owned by the same people and could fulfill my order, well well well what do you know their closed as well! Seriously deserve a refund a like 5000 in gift cards at this point!
