Whataburger, Welcome To Whataburger

This is the slowest drive through ever... I been in line for about 30 minutes now and there was only 3 cars infront of me, eight now there is 1 car I'm still waiting. It is 10:33 pm on a Wednesday night. To the management if you are seeing this you need a new crew, FYI there are many other cars behind me. This is not acceptable I am now at the window and I asked them to repeat my order they tried to give me a coke zero which I never drink that and also forgot the bacon on my burger.... now I'm still waiting I do not recommend this whataburger they are to slow or maybe are short staffed ugh. The didn't cook my bacon all the way either

I went here late night and the drive thru was closed went in to order and the employee gave another person my order when the person got it they opened it lifted the bun and said this isn't my order rewraps it and gave it back the employee proceeds to take it to the back and whisper loudly I gave that guy the girls food sits it on the counter for like 5min then picks it up and says sorry for the wait we were making fresh fries. Like I wasn't just sitting there watching him and when I said he gave the burger to the other man he kept saying he just opened it he didn't touch it as if that was supposed to make it less nasty then goes in the back and keeps yelling that I'm over reacting he just opened the burger. So I got a refund and I'll never be going back

A drive thru restaurant who asks multiple guest to move up from the window, are altering the reporting times the company tracks for how long customers wait. By doing this it shows guest, we are not the priority. Please provide better service instead of hiding it from your upper management.

Last two times I ordered take out breakfast: first visit they forgot the hash browns, second visit the gravy for the biscuits was water with bits of sausage floating in it. Absolutely terrible. Will never go there again.

Everytime we have come here in the last 5 months orders have been wrong... shake machine always down... fries cold... the wait is ridiculous!!! what happened??? this is so disappointing!!!
