I kept asking about my meal, which was disassembled on the counter in front of me. 20 minutes later my daughter and I finally ate our cold meal. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Happy Meal

Watched a cook flip off a 12 year old kid because they messed up his order. Waited over 40 minutes for cold food. Front of counter fell down and smashed my toe. Ladder behind register fell and glass flew everywhere. I wish I was making this up . They were handing out more refunds than they were food. Service: Take out

Took about 25 min to get our food. Staff seemed really disorganized. We were directed to order through the kiosks, which would have been fine if they were clean. Store probably under staffed. If not then they could really improve on their order fulfillment time and quality of food preparation. Anytime I've gone here I have to be really hungry because the food almost always looks like they just threw it together and then threw it in the bag.
