Chicken Express - Altus Air Force Base

This place is a joke. Went to get a quick meal for my husband and ordered 3 chic strips with a side of gravy and 2 drinks. Total was 14.59. Get home and open the box and we have SPICY chicken pieces and a side of jalapeño poppers. Are you kidding me. I wish these lazy a& kids would care about their job and give great service. We won’t be back.

Chicken livers were VERY over cooked. Mac cheese tasted old.I always look forward to the liversand usually very good. My first time at the location. Unhappy after paying $20.00 for an overcooked meal.

Loved the service from an elder server David. He was so nice and kind. The food was good, however the chicken was just little to crispy.On another note, The women from the back was rude to David. I think she was his manager. Don't like the disrespect she gave him. The TV was on playing way to loud for us.David keep up the hard work. 5 stars goes to you

Love this place but they be taking for ever to get 5wings ready to go. They said they only cook 10 at a time. I feel like they should always have them ready but this is the 3rd time I had to wait for 5 wings
