Starbucks Coffee - Altoona

I ordered a Trenti strawberry açaí lemonade with no ice. I received my drink half full of ice. I let they know, the lady state ?let me remake it? let me keep the drink. Which I thought was nice until the other lady comes up to grab and remake. I let her know that the other lady said I could keep it and she rolled her eyes. She then remakes my drink puts it on the counter and does not let me know. I buy this EVERY SINGLE day. I know what it looks like, after 20 mins of waiting I asked ?when will my drink be ready? And she said ?on the counter? I look pick it up and said ?this looks nothing like my drink!? Sure enough tasted like complete lemonade! I?m So frustrated that Starbucks allows this store to do this! Igo to merle hay daily they are 100xbusier I have never had an issue! I took a picture of my drink below which is completely orange/yellow when it is normally pink!

I come to this location pretty regularly (multiple times a week) and 9 times out of 10, they make my order wrong. It?s not complicated at all and I get the same thing every time. If I?m paying seven plus dollars for my drink, there?s no excuse for it to be made wrong, ESPECIALLY when I go in and see people just standing around. I?ll definitely be taking my money to the new Scooters in Altoona. I normally don?t write reviews for places but I?m a bit tired of this and I have always been a Starbucks lover.

Love their cold foam coffees for the summer. Their coffee is a really strong variety and has a slightly burnt flavor but it's what you expect at Starbucks. I've never been to a bad Starbucks.

If we?re going to be honest the only complaint I have is that it?s always a little slow getting out of there and I?m still salty about them getting rid of Teavana. Otherwise, great breakfast sandwich selection and the coffee is conditionally good (for a tea drinker).

8PM on the website and 8PM on the door yet the two employees told us they were closed at 6:45...no sorry just yelled were closed. Cool, guess they can't read their own signage or provide decent customer service by saying they're closed politely. Guess that cigarette out back was more important than working the actual hours posted. I wouldn't have reviewed at all if they weren't so terrible and rude. Ho hum, go to the other locations. #starbucks
