Sal's Original Italian Pizza - Altoona

We ordered a pizza with half mushroom, half cheese and cheese steak. the pizza was tasteless, completely invalid from any spice and the mushrooms were obviously skillful. it was difficult to bite and chew and I couldn't even make it through a disc. it tasted honestly as if the pizza was made earlier on the day and was reheated. I'm disappointed by the lack of quality, but it was cheap, so I guess I've paid what I have. at least my man enjoyed his underwear. the other slices of pizza go to the müll where they belong. I wouldn't even feed this to my pet rat.

My fav place for tasty pizza. arrived at five, it wasn't busy. the service here is better than most. the bill was appropriate. ambience is similar to fresno's scene.

Love at first bite of the Chicken Parmesan sandwich. I'll be back!

Best food in town, no contest! You won't be dissatisfied.

Best strombolis ever. Been eating here for 33 years. Never disappointed. Sal is AWESOME!!!
