Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

I was there a few weeks ago and was very impressed with my experience there. The ice was fresh and full of flavor. As someone who worked in the Rita's business for a long time, I am very happy with their services. Definitely recommend this store!

Italian ice and custard selections are great, enjoy trying different flavors and buying Bedford candies while in there.

This Rita’s location is within Bedford Candies and Popcorn. Both their custard and Italian ice are outstanding. Our dog enjoys it as well, and it doesn't upset his stomach!

I was really disappointed with my experience at this Rita's. I grew up in Philadelphia, where the original Rita's is located, and I know they can mix and match flavors effortlessly. My husband wanted to order a Misto shake with cake batter custard and cookies and cream ice, but the employee told us that was not possible. In Philadelphia, that's how they make a Misto! Instead, she said it would be referred to as a blendini, a term I had never heard until this location opened. When my husband suggested a twist with cookies and cream ice, she ended up making a gelati instead. To top it off, she mentioned that a Misto is made with liquid custard, which was a complete surprise to me. It seems like they just don’t have a good blender here. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.

Amazing experience! The flavors and variety are fantastic, and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others. It's conveniently located inside Bedford Candies, which also offers the best chocolates and flavored popcorn around! Highly recommended!
