Pizza Hut - Altoona

I ordered a large original pan pizza topped with pepperoni and seasoned pork, along with my favorite item: a double order of breadsticks! Everything from this location has always been great. I typically order about once a month, and each experience has been consistently wonderful. Pizza Hut has been a favorite of mine since childhood, and I highly recommend it!

I wanted to explore something new, and while it was decent, I probably wouldn't order it again.

I ordered two pepperoni pizzas, but neither of them had any pepperoni on them.

I absolutely love the buffet here! The pizza is delicious, and the service is outstanding. We especially enjoy having Joyce as our server; she's the best server we've ever encountered at any restaurant. She remembers us, our drinks, and our favorite dishes.

Despite my pizza sticking to the pan, the staff addressed the issue promptly. They replaced it with a new pizza and even offered something extra to make up for the inconvenience. While an apology would have sufficed, their sincere approach and quick resolution turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one. Great job handling the situation! Thank you.
