Jack's Grubb Shack - Altoona

Awful customer service. Will never buy anything from this establishment EVER AGAIN . The slushy’s taste like dirty water and when I told them they basically threw a fit and filled by kids cup with nothing big sugar snow cone flavor and refused a refund when I said he wouldn’t drink that......AWFUL

Nothing good to say....it was almost funny how bad things were.they should be ashamed

Went to grubb shack today at canoe creek. food was fantastic! had chicken, bacon ranch melt! sooo yummy!

Changed my life. The food is so good here it should be criminal. My fiancé and I constantly look for new date ideas and coming to canoe creek for the views and weather and then eating at Jacks for the amazing food is now our new favorite date idea. Went for the Easter dinner pickup. 2 of the main foods weren’t there. They supposedly “ran out” of stuffing and mashed potatoes. Why not make extra? You know you have a lot of orders so why only make enough for some and not all? We payed $90 for food when it’s hot everything we ordered. AND they give a scoop of corn. 1 thin slice of ham. And 3 bites of sweet potatoes? By far worst place I’ve ever ordered from. Don’t recommend!!!!!
