I ate here twice while staying in Altoona during the State Fair. If I lived here I would eat here on the regular! It was so good and their lettuce was the freshest lettuce ever! May sound odd to mention the lettuce but it matters to me. (I don't like even one tiny brown or reddish edge on my lettuce and this place has perfect lettuce.)The beans were so delicious and so was the rice.We were there for lunch both times. Ordered from the Lunch Specials. Both times I ordered the ground beef Chimichanga. So very good! I wish the ground beef had more seasoning but I would still order it again because all of it together was so good. Both visits my son had the Huevos con chorizo. I had a bite and will definitely be ordering that when I'm in Altoona again. Everything was so fresh delicious!

Terrific food, fair prices, and very fast service even though they are packed tonight. We'll be back!

This place is great! Food was delicious. My husband had a shrimp coctail and had lots of shrimp. I had some nachos and they were delicious. Their agua de jamaica was so good and refreshing, perfect for that awfully hot day. Service was excellent and food was out at our table in no time. We will definitely be going back again next time we are in the area.
