Taco Bell - Alton

I recently visited this restaurant, and I would gladly go out of my way to come back, even if there's another Taco Bell closer to me. The service is incredibly fast, friendly, and efficient. I haven't received a wrong order in years, which I find impressive! I'm truly thankful for the staff who work hard and serve our food with a smile. Thank you!

This Taco Bell has never had any friendly employees. You have to order on a tablet since the staff isn’t at the registers. Our food arrived quickly, which was great because we were in a hurry. We placed a large order, and everything was correct, which was impressive. The food was good and they didn’t forget anything. However, a smile or a simple “Hello” from the staff would greatly enhance the experience next time!

The service was good. It wasn't too busy when I arrived. I hesitated to enter first, so my wife went ahead and called for me. The manager noticed us and kindly invited me in. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean everything was, especially the food prep area, which was pristine! As someone with experience in fast food, I know how important cleanliness is, and this place exceeded my expectations. I definitely plan to return. I also want to extend my gratitude to the employee who was seated in the lobby; it seemed like they were on break, but they went out of their way to pay for my lunch when they heard I was having a tough day. That's not something you see every day! Whoever manages this place is doing a fantastic job, and I hope they stay for a long time!

Taco Bell has always been a favorite of me. Everything was fine, except the fact that we had Dorito Tacos and only regularly got crispy tacos.
