Exceptional dishes with quality products. Definitely among the best non-Italian culinary experiences I have had in Turin. We tried the shuba (based on herring and beetroot) as a starter and, as a first course, the borsch vegetable soup. All accompanied by the excellent non-alcoholic drink kvass . To conclude, we tasted an excellent Zubrowka vodka. The room service was nothing short of excellent. Overall, I highly recommend giving it a try!!!!
