We wanted to discover the qualities of the chef through his 10-course menu at 110 euros per person and apart from 3 dishes that we really liked, the rest was ok, sometimes disappointing. The seasoning is also uneven, some dishes were too salty and poorly balanced, others lacked salt or taste like the overcooked poultry and the spaghetti with small capers. As it is a 10-course menu the portions are minimalist, so whether you like it or not, it is finished in 3 bites. I'm giving it 4 stars anyway because we had a good evening and it's possible to enjoy this restaurant by ordering the tastiest dishes like shrimp and rabbit ravioli a la carte. Did I perhaps have slightly higher expectations? Undoubtedly the quality of the fish was excellent, but unfortunately some dishes were not very pleasant on the palate. This negatively affected the overall review. I am referring above all to the first course of pasta filled with lobster, seasoned with shell bisque so bitter that it completely covers the flavor of the ravioli. The raw scallop appetizer was delicate, very fresh raw material, but lacking an acidic part, the dish went off at the end. The octopus in civet was very tasty, but the sauce was definitely too tasty. Among the desserts they offer a creative and original reinterpretation of the gianduiotto . The cover charge and service are within the restaurant standards. We celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary in this restaurant found by chance. Five stars are too few!!!! A place where you can find something to pamper your palate. The swordfish carpaccio is something sublime. The environment is quite intimate, recommended for going as a couple.
