Wingstop - Altamonte Springs

Service is always slow and rude but i can usually deal with it because the food is good. Today I walked in the girl at the register had ear pods in and acted like I was disturbing her, asked for my order and was mocked. Then I got my order get home and they gave me the wrong flavor wings and blue cheese instead of ranch . I ordered a large ranch and have 4 bucks of blue cheese in the trash

Meanwhile, the woman at the front was just sitting in her chair on her phone, completely disengaged. To make matters worse, I saw the person cleaning the floor using dirty rags, and then he had the audacity to touch my food without putting on any gloves. It was really off-putting and disgusting. I don’t think I'll be ordering from here again. From what I could see, the manager was in the back doing paperwork and didn't seem to address the staff's poor practices. I get that people need jobs to make a living, but if customer service doesn't matter to them, they should consider working elsewhere.

We called to see if we could place a phone order, and the person on the line said no. I mentioned that we would be there in 20 minutes, to which the manager replied, "Okay." However, when we arrived, we were told they were no longer taking orders. It seemed like the staff was more eager to leave than to take care of their customers. Everyone we encountered had an attitude, which is disappointing. This was my second visit, and both times I encountered issues. They really need to improve their service!

I went in on Friday. the French had so much potato skin on them I couldn't eat them. the chicken wings were not crispy at all. looks like wings were cooked and hot sauce over them. I won't order them again. I had to put them in my many times to brown them. no cripple ever appeared, but happy wing browned. I have eaten them, but not much taste. funny, but I was there a few days before and returned on Friday (hope to get back excellent food) but it did not measure up to the original service. All right. I'm back!

Would not like to give stars. I loved wingstop and picked up the lemon feather wings. I'm not sure if it's new management, but the things have changed. if they order wings, check their order each time. Last time I went there and checked my food, I was tied to see these little pieces of chicken. I wouldn't even call that huh. I would call it shredded, floor of the barrel. I ordered a 15 piece and maybe got 3 good pieces. it was a sweat. I asked to talk to a manager and she told me they were coming. I told her I need more because it's not edible. she did not seem to care and went away and they gave me another box with more good sizes. no apologies, nothing. the customer service here is bad and they spend a lot of time, just really loud talking and laughing. that happened twice and the male manager didn't care about a bit. he sighed and asked what they want. I said, I want them to give me good pieces, not those tiny pieces of bread without hay. no more excuse. Do not waste their time to go here because they feel betrayed by the amount they pay and the pieces they receive.
