Township Tavern - Altamont

As a person with Celiac it is great to have a local facility that offers gluten-free foods on their menu. I've eaten a lot of time in the tavern and never had a bad experience. Staff is always friendly, meals come hot and in time. Love they offer monthly specialties. Best little secret in our area.

We attended a wedding reception yesterday at the township, and I must say, it was fantastic. The food was excellent, especially the eggplant parm, which we really enjoyed! The waitresses did a wonderful job of keeping everything clean and organized. Overall, it was a delightful experience!

The November specials have been released, featuring baseball steak, pilgrim stew, chicken francese, calves’ meat, calamari, and mussels with Saranac pumpkin ale. Everything was delicious and has my stamp of approval. The service was outstanding as well.

Great ambiance and the food was fantastic! I would definitely recommend it!

A great local place to go...love their white pizza with broccoli, artichokes, roasted peppers and olives. It's always our go to meal. Great ribs and specials.
