Waffle House - Alpharetta

Open 24 hours. Last night, shortly after midnight, the doors were closed, an employee who went through the restaurant ignored the fact that I wanted to come in, left the closed door and made no eye contact. Because of their actions, I thought they were closed, in my car came out and there were several other employees standing outside the restaurant. No one bothered me to acknowledge me, so I assumed that the store was closed. No way to run a business, I am sure that the owners of this location are not aware that this!

I haven't eaten at Waffle House since Covid started. Some locations have great servers, some not. My server completely forgot me today. I had to go and ask about my food. Other servers had to find them on the back of the restaurant to check for my order. Then she comes up and gives me my order and says we're from cutlery. Wow, poor customer service? I will probably stay a few more years to see if the service improves.

This waffle house is clean, beautiful and has terrifcly friendly staff. The same large menu and a team of servers and chefs that can keep up with the rush and serve delicious food. The jukebox always plays and the mood is always positive.

This place is a family lover. This location has especially good chefs and it is very clean. Everybody's friendly. Sometimes you get servers that really don't want to be there and it shows. But here people really care and help each other. Usually, when I go to the staff, is in good mood with the music game and the atmosphere is lifting. I wish all the places could be like that. Prices are good and you can get a decent amount of food cheap. I usually get one of the breakfast plates or Texas toast. The best part is that you can add many extras to your eggs and hashbrowns. The chocolate chip wafer is also great!

First visit to this location. It was very pleasant. We came in for dinner and customer service was great. They did forget an order of waffles, but the care for the guest more than made up for it.
