Picked up my Easter order and absolutely had the nicest staff...order was perfect and they even helped me with additional sides. The young man who checked me out was so wonderful and polite. Really customer service that is few and far between these days.

Wow! that's the best hbh I ever was! eating was excellent (it is hbh, so this is a kind of given! but the customer service was phenomenal. blessed with the input, supported in ordering after required, informed about specializations, immediately served with the order perfectly accurate while they were in, etc. the manager?( was especially brilliant. she was professional, polite and radiant quiet positiveity (no loud fake luck failure). it has adapted every customer from a rush business center to an undecided older woman to a somewhat rude/curt older man on the basis of their needs. After all, she made time to sit down and discuss catering opportunities with a family that was also audible by the place. I had to tell her what a pretty business she had on her way! I'm happy in bauch, purse and spirit. pretty refreshing for just a lunch on Monday!

The worst experience I ever had with honey baked. it was assumed to be cut spirally all the way back. can't even take 1/2 the meat off the bone. all I've done is run into the bones. on June 8th, at $8.59 a lb it should be quality. use to be a huge fan. even trying to post a picture of it and attach photos would not even accept it
