Gwen did a great job helping me out on my stay. Above and beyond the call of duty to help make my stay as comfortable as can be. I will stay here again. Also a nice pet friendly hotel if you need one. Good location, and great staff here.

We did really enjoy our stay here; clean, comfortable, perfect in every way. However, when we checked out and looked at our bill, we were charged $100 for the room for my husband and me and another $100 for our 18-lb poodle mix that doesn’t shed, totally house trained, and has never damaged anything. We were told that the fee can not be discounted. He could have been boarded for the night at a fraction of that amount. While we really enjoyed our stay, we will not be staying here with our dog again. Great place without pets, very expensive place with a pet.

4 long time friends rented a 2 bedroom suite. One king and 2 queen. Great room!! Staff EXCELLENT!!! Several restaurants close. A breakfast place right next door. Didn’t care fir the shampoo/soap/ hanging on shower wall. Prefer the bottles. Great towels. Still have the grab and go breakfast. We were kk be back!!

We recently stayed at this hotel because of the high reviews. Don't get me wrong it's located in a good spot, free parking, free breakfast, but it's not very clean. The rooms are dated and have very strong odors, like animal urine saturated with dirty carpet and lots of wear and tear. We had 2 suites and when the a/c is off the smell is horrendous. The refrigerator had crumbs and stains from previous guests, the bathroom shower had black mold in the tiles, shower curtains and base of the walls. The toilet was not bolted down to the floor. The sleeper sofa had no fresh linen and when the a/c was running you can smell mildew and dampness. A major deep cleaning and remodeling would make this a great hotel, right now it's just a hotel. The front desk lady, I believe her name is Deborah is loud, rude and talks to much. The other lady that wears glasses don't know her name very petite is nice and kind. The lady who manages the breakfast area is nice and keeps that food area clean. I would stay again but not in the room we had with mold.

Staff was extremely friendly, excellent COVID safety protocols in place, very quiet (even though property allows dogs), comfortable bed and clean room. I would highly recommend this if traveling with your dog, especially one that needs to be exercised regularly. The hotel is located within a block of an egress to the Big Creek Greenway, which is a miles-long walking/biking/jogging trail and perfect for dog-walking. Downtown Alpharetta is a quick 5 minute drive away and shopping at Avalon is even closer. We regularly traveled the 20 minutes to/from the hotel and our relatives' home in Milton during our stay with ease.
