Panera Bread - Alpharetta

We were disappointed with our order, which did not meet the quality or quantity we usually expect from Panera Bread. Our Cobb chicken salad was missing the chicken, the warm Baja bowl (which costs over $9.99) was only half full and looked quite unappetizing (see attached photo), and there were no croutons in the tomato soup. It was really frustrating to come home to this.

I am really disappointed with Panera Bread and its quality. When I arrived at the location, they got my order wrong. I had always wanted to try the tuna, but when I finally did, it tasted worse than canned white albacore tuna. I wouldn't recommend it. If you have money to spend at Panera, I suggest going somewhere better.

I hadn't visited Panera in several years, and I found the food to be quite tasty with good service. However, the sandwiches were quite small and mostly made up of bread, with only minimal filling. I felt that the prices were too high for what you receive.

Panera Corporate what are you doing for your stores here in North Atlanta?? Get it together!! Last three times I've been in one: no bread to buy, no pastries to buy, no clean tables .... The employees you do have looking stressed! When it's every location that's a corporate issue!!! You need to troubleshoot it big time... I will be at a better cleaner stocked cafe down the road until you do. S.O.S. ...

Way better than the one located near north point. It is like ? us version of Tim horton! Pretty cheap for the combo of soup bread and salad. For 6 buck, and if u add a pastry it. Only costs. 1 dollar! The chocolate croissant is gorgeous and delicious! But many items are sold out????
