Domino's Pizza - Alpharetta

Every time I have ordered from this place, they have screwed up my order for the last six years. that is with ordering the same thing for the last six years to at least twice in the month. I have received both company and my counterpart by email and I have not heard again. do not understand how such a simple process of creating a pizza can be so often wrong. it literally tells them on the label what was ordered and how to make it.

Awful experience. Despite confirming that my order was ready, the restaurant claimed they didn't have it. They also couldn't locate my entire order. I waited over 20 minutes in the establishment, and the manager refused to provide me with the general manager's phone number. I will not be returning.

Ownership is a joke at this location. They’ve only had one delivery driver on duty for months, which causes there to always be a 45-75 minute wait to get your pizza AFTER it’s already been cooked, resulting in the pizza looking and tasting like cardboard. Carry out is the only choice to have somewhat fresh pizza until ownership makes it a priority to hire more drivers.

The pizza is delicious and affordable, and the service is usually quite quick. Customers can also take advantage of some great food deals when ordering online or dining in.

This restaurant does not offer delivery services and frequently messes up orders. When we ordered a flatbread pizza, they had none available and refused to provide a refund. Even after we waited 30 minutes for our order, they called to inform us that they had no driver available. Overall, we experienced poor service and ineffective management at this establishment.
