California Pizza Kitchen Northpoint Priority Seating

Great pizza chain. Nothing great, but a safe hold for great pizza. Prices are also very good. I'm boring with pizza. I only command the Pepporoni and it is very solid here.

The hostess had no idea what we were talking about when I mentioned priority sessions. it took forever that a server showed up in which we had to go and get someone. the noise level was almost unbearable due to a table right next to us with 5 teenage girls. eating was okay, but not great.

A terrible service. very dirty restaurant. the restaurant needs both kept and cleaned.

Took an absurd amount of time to be acknowledged seated at 3pm (not very busy, plenty of open tables) with a reservation made ahead of time.

Food was good but service this evening was a bit off the mark....we did t get plates with our appetizer, no napkins for the kids, and in general we were forgotten more often than not...
