Buca Di Beppo Alpharetta

The service was terrible, not just for us but for the tables around us as well. Our dishes weren't cleared even after we finished, and we had to wait an excessively long time for our food. When it finally arrived, it was nothing special.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. However, we would appreciate it if they could reduce the portion sizes and lower the prices. The service was excellent as well.

The food was excellent, but the service was just average. I suspect it might have been due to it being Mother's Day.

The food was awful cold and poor quality. Our waiter walked out during our stay. Took about 15 min to get drinks. The manager is a rockstar she held it down so well. Not sure what happened with the food but the only thing that was good was the bread and salad.

I’ve been there plenty of times and for 1st time food was not good.
