Zheng Zong Mookata - Alor Setar

Food is good, eviroment is good. Windy, if you sit outside. Meat is good, others also not bad like cheese seafood tofu, bird egg and marinated chicken. The soup always shines. Tang Hoon (glass noodle) and the daily vege is freely flowing. Only the bad is when eating with members who only eat and steal all cooked.

Very affordable steamboat that comes with free flow of vegetables and glass noodles. It costs around rm10 per person to get filling meal here. They even offer free palate cleaners for everyone: ice cream.

Favorite place to have Mookata when I'm in Kedah. This is the place to be if you ever want to experience Mookata in Kedah as they offer a wide range of fresh ingredients, piping hot coal stove, free flow of selected vegetables and Vermicelli, free ice cream. 1st Amazing Spice (Thai Chili dipping suace) 2nd intent and attentive service 3. Reliable price (approximately rm20-28 per pax expenditure on average depending on the ingredients). But just take whatever u likes cause at the end, it's still CHEAP!
