Kfc (alor Star 3) - Alor Setar

Friendly staff..all my food serve still hot fresh.. forgot to take pic coz too hungry

This outlet open for business earlier than I remember. I went at 9:40 A.M and there's already a few customer waiting for their orders. But the fried chickens aren't ready yet. So I have waited for about 18 minutes probably. But super friendly manager and staffs are kind as well. Size of chicken is reasonable, not smaller than my fist at least.

I ordered in Foodpanda by requesting i don't want thigh and drumstick but unfortunately the restaurant ignored my request. They gave me 2 thighs and 1 drumstick. Before this i ordered with the same instruction, the staff followed it. The packaging also suck, they put tissue on the chicken and packing the canned pepsi on the hot box until the can become dented. Sorry but i will not repeat again..

Very nice staff, I dont know supervisor or manager, I ordered snack plate discount using their app and pick self collect, but didn't appear in their system. He even helped me with hotspot I left my modem on my car .

Im not satisfied with quality of product...the chicken i received very small and not fresh, its dry
